Job Description:
Sandoz Inc. is searching for a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Associate Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR)/Real-World evidence (RWE) focusing on economic modeling and RWE to support the value proposition of Sandoz products in the US market. This person will report to and work closely with the Head, HEOR/RWE to design and implement studies that are aligned with the evidence generation strategies for each product.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop economic models (budget impact, cost minimization, cost effectiveness) to estimate incremental value and impact on payer's budget
2. Provide strategic insights and input for US RWE (retrospective and prospective non-interventional studies) and HEOR input to development programs
3. Must understand the US market landscape and ensure the appropriate input is provided from the US perspective to global and US development programs
4. Must adhere to applicable Quality Modules and other procedural documents (e.g., GOPs, SOPs)
5. Provide health economic modeling expertise to cross-functional teams in the US and work with colleagues across the organization (locally and globally) to educate on the models and the value proposition of the company's brands
6. Implement US health economic modeling and RWE strategies by timelines and budget, aligning with medical affairs, managed markets, commercial, government affairs, and global teams
7. Develop health economic communication strategies and tools to support the value proposition of the supported products
8. Drive the development of the AMCP dossier in collaboration with the Medical Leads
9. Conduct literature searches and systematic literature reviews
10. Assist in coordinating publications plans for dissemination

Education: MS or PhD in Health Economics or equivalent Health Services field
Language: English Oral and Written

3-5 years of HEOR/RWE experience either within the industry/consulting/payer organization.
Prior expertise and experience in design and execution of health economic models and RWE studies.
Able to demonstrate strategic and conceptual skills to come up with innovative approaches to show drug value.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of the US health care industry and payer environment.
Ability to develop professional relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
