Job Description:

As a trusted and respected full service provider of maintenance solutions, Master Fleet continues its tradition of excellence by adding of FRA (Fleet Roadside Assistance), CFM (Commercial Fleet Management), and Equipment Sales and Consulting for some of the nation’s largest fleets. With Master Fleet’s FRA, we don’t just handle your breakdown. We manage it by using only top rated vendors with negotiated rates, advising them on the work to be completed, and receiving timely updates to be sure your down time is kept to a minimum.

With our continued growth we are looking to add a 2nd Shift FRA Manager to our team. This person would be responsible for all day to day functions on the shift.

Responsibilities:
Maintain open communications with customers, employees, shift leads, and Manager
Work with customers to resolve disputes, issues, or changes in stances
Work with team to meet or exceed KPI’s
Develop Continuous Training based off what team members need to successful
Scheduling- Monthly, Time-Off Requests, Sick Days, and changes
Give feedback to team members on performance and work with them to improve
Carry out Business Partnerships with team members
Give FRA Manager feedback for Annual Reviews
Work on improving process and procedures
Work with other Supervisors to improve shift dynamics
Fill in for other Supervisors during vacation or time off
Cross train on Billing to fill in or help out
All various other tasks as they come up
