Job Description:
Key Position Responsibilities

* Manage, plan, and coordinate programs to ensure continuous service is consistent with established standards

* Monitor performance of programs to ensure evaluate quality, effectiveness, and efficiency, and making approved adjustments

* Maintain records in accordance with agency, government, other funding sources, accreditation and/or licensing requirements

* Assist in managing fiscal resources as specified in the approved budget for programs

* Coordinate and executive program-related activities

* Develop and implement methods and procedures for monitoring programs

* Maintain and review forms, files, and charts to ensure accurate recordkeeping

* Formulate and maintain quality control objectives in cooperation with other managers to maximize quality, reliability and to minimize costs

* Ensure funds are properly allocated across departments and programs

* Conduct quality audits of service plans and data material

* Ensure all services provided to residents are in accordance with agency contracts

* Ensure adherence to program policy and procedures

* File various reports, including EEO-1 and other government agency reporting guidelines

* Recommend long and short range plans for each program unit for improved client service and compliment the mission of the company

* Recommend policy and program changes in order to increase effectiveness, meet goals and serve the needs of the community

* Assist in the development of training programs for staff and the community

* Produce reports on the overall status of the programs managed

* Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies and organization in the community

* Partner with others to research, plan, and implement new program initiatives

* Coordinate with outside referral resources and outreach services

* Coordinate tasks, goals, and objectives with assigned staff

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Advanced level knowledge of Social Services principles and processes

• Knowledgeable of community programs and resources for clients

• Ability to perform all aspects of direct service to clients in a variety of recovery settings

• Ability to work with ongoing caseloads and related projects

• Possess high level time management and organizational skills



Job Requirements:
Qualifications

Education/Experience

* Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degree preferred. 7+ years’ experience directing program compliance activities; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates/Licenses Required

CADC required

Computer Skills

• Intermediate to advanced level skills with Microsoft Word and Excel, e-mail and Internet

Language Ability

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents

• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
