Global Pharmaceutical Company in Princeton, NJ Looking for a Payroll SpecialistThe Payroll Specialist will be primarily responsible to process and maintain all US payroll. Ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with an attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Candidate must also be proficient in Word and Excel. * Accurate and timely US, multi-state payroll processing. * Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations and company policies.* Responsible for ensuring all timecards are compiled and approved in order to process payroll timely.* Research, troubleshoot and respond to a wide range of inquiries related to payroll and time & attendance.* Running general ledger reports for payroll from ADP for assisting the accounting function and research related variances.* Provide customer service to all levels of employees in both corporate HQ and offsite locations.* Make requests for stop payments, process off cycle payments and reimbursements as needed.* Assist with the 401k administration and employee set up and maintenance within the Fidelity system.* Assist with projects as needed.* Associate degree in Accounting is preferred.* Must have a minimum of 2-4 years as a payroll practitioner with experience in U.S. payroll.* Experience in ADP payroll processing with knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred.* Strong knowledge of payroll & tax regulations/processes.
