Accounting Now is hiring a reliable, well-organized office manager/bookkeeper to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. The office manager will be responsible for communications, office staff support and task delegation.
This person will also manage our day-to-day accounting needs. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position as well as good customer relations and good communication skills. Must be a multi-tasker, reliable and committed to meeting deadlines. We're looking for an individual who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats.
The ideal candidate will have had experience with filing, billing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank statements, scheduling (including troubleshooting schedule conflicts, etc.). The office manager will need to work harmoniously with the priest, the parish council, office volunteers, various committees, and parishioners who will have questions about their account and offer donations.
