Marketing Operations Coordinator

The Marketing Operations Coordinator is a position within the Marketing Department. As a Marketing Operations Coordinator you will be involved in many aspects of the creative process and complete functions that contribute to the Marketing team's ability to achieve their goals. This position plays an extremely important role within the Marketing Department and will be a point of contact for communication across multiple departments at Bobs.


  • Schedule still photography merchandise shoots

  • Work with Merchandising Department on incoming samples

  • Keep track of Merchandising sample shoot spreadsheet

  • Prioritize what has to be shot and when

  • Learn SAP (to place orders for Merchandise when needed for TV shoots, track items, etc.)

  • Keep track of the Merchandise Inventory in ADV cycle- purge items when necessary (meaning , send items to the outlet for sale to public- via sending STO in Sap) )

  • Participate in Grand Opening processes: booking sports partner appearances, keeping track of Marketing Department needs for Grand Openings- Posters, etc)

  • Order / shop props for shoots when needed.

  • Work directly with Director of Marketing Operations and Creative Director on scheduling "live" & animated shoots (in conjunction with media calendar/ scripts) …, regular ads, Shop the look, etc.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint in particular

  • Reliable and consistent in schedule, performance, accuracy, and integrity

  • Ability to perform independent research and analysis

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Self-directed individual who can work independently and yet collaborate with team members cross-functionally as necessary

  • High attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

  • Highly organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work, multi-task and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP experience preferred
