Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for attracting top talent to our dynamic healthcare advertising agency. This is the place to bring your recruiting expertise and be hands-on for key positions within the organization to ensure the best possible candidate experience and quality of hire. In this role, you will have responsibility for managing the end to end recruiting process and collaborate in creating staffing plans, developing strategies and implementing action plans related to both candidate sourcing / identification and recruitment process execution. This is a tremendous opportunity for a proactive and collaborative recruiting professional to directly impact in the growth of our organization.


  • Attract top talent to the organization

  • Conduct full life cycle recruiting in support of OCHWW talent and compliance needs - including sourcing, screening, and candidate management through the offer process to their first day

  • Create and maintain a pipeline of top notch candidates while identifying and developing solutions for any gaps identified in the talent pipeline

  • Participate in the evolution of our recruiting processes - bringing best in class ideas and experience to move our talent acquisition platform forward

  • Facilitate strategic recruitment meetings and status meetings with line managers and their teams to diagnose the hiring need, ensure clarity on position profile, align on the recruitment process and ultimate selection

  • Function as external talent market expert with up-to-date information on key market trends and recruitment-related/talent-related analytics; conduct competitive intelligence by reviewing competitors' employer branding strategies and determining availability of specific talent profiles ("hot jobs")

  • Act as ongoing candidate relationship manager by interacting with and influencing employment decision of prospects and candidates

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience required

  • Proficiency in ATS required - Taleo Business Edition experience preferred

  • Must have 5+ years recruiting experience, including creative sourcing and full life cycle recruiting. Experience with Linked In Recruiter and other strategic sourcing tools preferred

  • Proven success in sourcing, screening and selection of top talent

  • Demonstrated credibility with business leaders with the ability to work in a team environment

  • In-depth knowledge of legal compliance requirements and employment laws

  • Proven ability to act at both the strategic and tactical levels in a fast paced environment; must be extremely organized, detail oriented, flexible and able to multi-task

  • Experience in a high volume corporate recruiting environment required. Advertising agency experience is a plus

  • Optimism, agility and being passionate about talent are essential to succeed in this ever-changing fast paced agency environment

  • Must have strong account management, consulting and interviewing skills

  • Experience with Behavioral Based Interviewing techniques is highly desirable

  • Collaborative, proactive customer focused mindset and negotiation skills required

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information appropriately
