Milton CAT is looking for Parts Operations Analyst with a desire to learn and grow in the back office of product support. This position is entry level, career-oriented in supply chain management. Training will be provided in all areas required to support an uninterrupted flow of materials and programs that support our customers’ needs. This highly visible challenging role provides an excellent base for an expanded career in purchasing and inventory management.

• Analyze daily stock order. Order suggested replenishment parts from Caterpillar and other allied vendors. Verify that parts have been received, accounts billed to correct location, and send bills to accounts payable for payment.
• Review ordered parts on verification report, process stock order acknowledgments for verification of shipping, backorders and problem parts.
• Analyze and process daily/weekly/monthly parts operation and inventory reports. Verify daily locations physical inventory counts.
• Assist parts personnel with inventory availability and orders from vendors. Research part(s) transfers or orders part(s) to meet demand, verify order, receive acknowledgements, and notify parts personnel of status.
• Analyze vendor rebates and claims for all locations. Analyze parts in eligible stores to meet price and package quantity requirements, prepares documentation for parts movement. Oversee collection of parts and shipping for vendors.
• Receive credits and codes appropriate amounts to appropriate store locations.
• Determine customer needs for parts and cost effective shipping method to meet deadlines. Verify orders for efficiency, accuracy, and cost effectiveness.
• Order applicable literature and novelties for dealership.
• Create claims for parts discrepancies and parts marketing programs.
• Process Dealer Parts Inventory Sharing requests.

Job Requirements:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.

• Associates Degree in a related field is required.
• Working knowledge of cores/reman programs to process core credits, core tracking, bill of lading, unpaid CCR's and resolving packaging issues.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to producing batch pick activity and non-WMS reports, creating locations for parts, and creating cycle counts.
• Strong knowledge in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.), including utilizing customer relationship management system (CRM).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage high volume workflow.
