Security Sales Engineer, Senior

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for engaging with Booz Allen's commercial clients, business development leaders, and security practice experts to position managed detection and response Cybersecurity services to existing and prospective clients. Serve as the subject matter expert in the Booz Allen Commercial Security Service portfolio, including managed detection and response, threat intelligence, and other services. Provide guidance and partner with vertical account leaders and practice leads in building solutions to address specific customer security needs. Provide consultative solution and service enablement, technical, and sales support for major account opportunities and conduct technical presentations for existing clients, prospective clients, and internal leadership. Comprehend business requirements for Booz Allen's client base and translate them into relevant technical requirements and roadmaps. Create, present, and document proposed security service proposals and architectures. Develop technical presentations and documentation to support RFP responses, proposals, and statements of work for new services and architectures.


Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with technical sales or pre-sales

-5+ years of experience in a professional networking or security field

-Knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts, practices, and procedures

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and Visio applications

-Ability to perform a variety of complicated, detail-oriented assignments and deliver desired outcomes within allotted time frames

-Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment

-Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding business and client information

-CISSP, CCE, PFI, or other certifications a plus
