Job Duties/Essential Functions:



The Welcome Center Supervisor, under the direction of Welcome Center Manager, will:





  • Ensure the "WTS Experience" for residents and guests by maintaining the standards set in WTS' Basics to Excellence (BTE), WTS' Mission Statement/Values; Standards and Expectations, and WTS' Brand Standards.

  • Adhere to policies of the facility and WTS International.

  • Supervise the operations of the Starkey Ranch Welcome Center during weekend hours as assigned by the Facility Manager, to include subordinate staff and contractors.

  • Lead community presentations and assist in the marketing of new homes sales for the community.

  • Maintain relationships with the builder sales teams on-site in community and address any issues or concerns that arise during the hours of operation and notify management as necessary.

  • Work in cooperation with the Facility Manager to ensure proper coverage of assigned facility at all times.

  • Assist in providing assistance to residents and guests as needed, to include registration for recreational programs and activities offered by the Parks & Recreation Department.

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of assigned special events and programs.

  • Coach and train subordinate staff members as needed to maintain the highest standard of customer service and community presentation in line with Client requests and WTS standards.

  • Reports any incident or accident to Facility Manager and maintains communication between weekday staff and weekend staff members.

  • Uses time efficiently throughout their shift by checking the facility cleanliness and ensuring the facility is stocked appropriately. Completed periodic inventory of supplies and communicates need with Facility Manager as needed.

  • Assists in preparing bulletins and flyers for display as assigned and maintains community bulletin boards if applicable.

  • Other duties as assigned by Facility Manager and/or Director.





Qualifications/Requirements:





  • 5+ years in a lead/supervisory role in customer service environment

  • Experience in New Home Construction or New Home Sales

  • Previous experience in real estate a plus

  • Public speaking and presentation experience is a necessity.

  • Excellent oral communication skills. Must be able to write legibly and clearly to convey information.

  • Efficient, well organized and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.

  • Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.

  • Professional manner, discretion and appearance.

  • Must be able to show initiative and make decisions.

  • Proficient in Apple-based technology a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)






Education Requirements:





  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Associates Degree from an accredited university or college
