Requirement and Skills:
• Education: Completion of Secondary education.
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies while Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) for the upper management
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, and create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies also prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
