 Maintain existing customer revenue base, maintain accurate customer data and activity tracking;
 Perform B2B outside sales calls to introduce Hunzoís value proposition and product solutions;
 Consistently book meetings and visits with prospective clients;
 Conduct product demos and deliver sales presentations with decision makers over the phone, via web conferencing or in person;
 Work with project estimators and process team in developing accurate estimates and proposals for potential projects;
 Efficiently coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and service teams;
 Negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with potential clients;
 Successfully handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working though differences to a closing solution;
 Negotiate, prepare and administer sales contracts;
 Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support;
 Prospect new and potential clients;
 Conduct market analysis and created development plans for individual regions to optimize sales;
 Establish personal contact and rapport with top decision-makers in various industries;
 Possess and maintain an in-depth knowledge of product lines represented by the company;
 Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients' needs;
 Maintain company merchandising standards, including current pricing, signage, promotional planners, ad set-ups and displays;
 Maintain sales reports regarding district activities and results, to demonstrate that activities and outcomes align with business plans and objectives;
 Communicate regularly with the Manager with oral and written reports to on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
 Implement and execute sales and development goals assigned by the management;
 Prepare annual district sales forecasts and expense estimates;
 Attend trade shows, conferences and industry meetings to stay informed of the market.

Job Requirements:
 Education: Completion of a University degree or equivalent;
 Work Experience: minimum 5 years of business development/ industrial or commercial sales experience; experience in bath & kitchen industry an asset;
 Bi-lingual with Chinese or Eastern Indian language skills would be an asset alongside good spoke and written English which is a pre-requisite;
 Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills, especially listening and negotiation skills; communicate with clarity, structure and passion;
 Organizational and interpersonal skills, especially relationship and rapport building skills;
 Developed presentation skills and computer literate, proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications;
 Proven ability to promote/sell/secure orders from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach;
 An advanced sales skill to analyze the territory/marketís potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers;
 Excellent time management and able to organize outbound calls and daily work schedule to maximize efficiency and secure sales;
 Skilled in researching sources for developing prospective customers and determining potential sales;
 Handles pressure well and thrives in a competitive, performance-based sales environment;
 Confident, enthusiastic, positive, customer-focused, independent, resourceful, self-driven and diligent;
 Willing to work a flexible schedule and willing to travel;
 Valid class 5 driver's license or equivalent.
