The ideal candidates are highly motivated with a desire to help our travelers in travel assistance services and/or partnering with customer providing an insurance product that meet their needs. As a Customer Service Representative you may provide services that include anything from worldwide assistance, research and follow up; assisting with air, car and hotel accommodations; emergency travel assistance; concierge services; as well as assisting with reserving flights for medical emergencies. Additionally select customer service representatives provide support in booking policies, selling travel insurance policies and providing education to customers related to our products and service.

Shift starting times range from 12pm - 4pm, Monday - Friday with rotating weekends.
We offer a $3/hour shift differential between 7p-7a, Monday - Friday and all weekend hours!
All positions are eligible for a either year-end bonus or a monthly incentive plan.

Qualified candidates must have 1 - 2 years previous customer service experience
Ability to think outside the box, think quickly on your feet, and respond to high end clientele with professionalism
Must be organized, thorough, able to multi-task and deal with atypical situations
Must have the ability to solve complex problems within an established protocol of procedures and possible solutions
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
International Travel Experience, Travel Industry and Geography knowledge is helpful
