Pro Loading is a fast-growing Stevensville, MT based ammunition manufacturer that specializes in pistol and rifle ammunition. Established in 2016, we are an ATF-licensed company with nation-wide customers. In keeping with our rate of growth, Pro Loading is currently seeking candidates for Ammunition Packaging.


Position Classification:
Full Time - 40 hours a week.
Pay DOE – Minimum $9.00 per hour

There will be 60 days of training and assessment that will be conducted immediately after employment, with additional training provided as required by candidate's level of experience. This is specialized technical work in ammunition quality control. The position is intended to consist of assigned responsibilities at the full performance level for all of the related essential function described. Work is performed in accordance with established policies and procedures, however, employees complete responsibilities with considerable independence post training.

Duties include, inspection, sorting, packaging together with related inventory and records work.

Additional tasks will be completed as needed, to include all aspects of the manufacturing process:
- Cleaning, maintenance, and repairs to sorting equipment and facility.
- Inspection of shell cases and loaded rounds for quality control purposes.
- Sorting of brass casings, ammunition, and inventory management.
- Packaging of loaded ammunition.

Clean criminal and drug background is required.
Continued employment with Pro Loading after the 60 Day assessment will be contingent on the following qualifications:
Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions.
Professional standards and ability to work in a team atmosphere and structure.
Ability to exercise independent judgment.
Attention to detail in every-day operations.
Safe and efficient methods for operating ammunition sorting machinery.
Safety techniques in the handling of ammunition, primers and powders.

While no prior experience is necessary, additional consideration for the position will be made based on the following skills, abilities, and knowledge base in addition to meeting the mandatory qualifications.
- Knowledge of ammunition.
- Desire to work in as a team member.
- Knowledge of inventory and packaging systems.

Preference given to the following:
Prior Experience in packaging and shipping. Law Enforcement and Veterans status.
