Support the development, planning and decision making process as one of the manufacturing facility's key partners through the contribution of accurate, quality, reliable and timely business analysis.

Responsibilites (include but are not limited to):

  • Support the CEO / COO and the manufacturing facility's management team achieve economic objectives.

  • Track key economic indicators ensuring the reliability of the data and information with the aim to facilitate decision making and certifying compliance with corporate policies.

  • Monitor key economic indicators and warrant the reliability of the data and the robustness of the industrial control processes.

  • Coordinate, develop and ensure the implementation of the BBP at the facility through confirmation the quality of the data and methodology used follows the guidelines set by the corporation.

  • Analyze and ensure the reliability of all industrial, financial and economic information for the facility.

  • Guarantee the application of the Corporate Authorizations Policy.

  • Ensure proper approval and monitoring of both tangible and intangible investments.

  • Submit defined monthy reports to corporate headquarters.

  • Complete and confirm accounting closing reports and that the system's primary data is correct.

  • Calculate the hourly for the different productive sections.

  • Generate the provisional forecast information.

  • Develop periodically the profitable analysis per project (PLPRO).

  • Certify the reliability of the data reported monthly in the BSC for the facility through the support of all the functions through the regular analysis of variances between actual and budget by providing appropriate explication through identifying improvement actions.

  • Lead the charges to suppliers and customers charges committees of the plant.

  • Provide team with the necessary means to comply with Health & Safety and Environment rules and assure they are properly used.

  • Actively cooperate with the department in the maintenance, promotion and improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environment.


Academic background:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration. MBA preferred.

Additional training:

Management control, Accountancy, Information Systems Tools.


English (Medium Level)

Minimum Experience required:

4 years in a similar position with a manufacturing company or as an Auditor in the same capacity as well.
