Job Description:
IBEX Global in Bend, OR is recruiting
customer service advisors for our
upcoming training classes. If you have a
passion for providing customer service,
good problem-solving skills, and have an
interest in working with personal
electronic devices such as smartphones,
tablets and mp3 players, then consider
joining our inbound call center team.

These positions are full time will pay
starting at $10.50 per hour during
training and $12.00 per hour after the
successful completion of a three-week
training course starting November 18th.
In addition, we offer medical and dental
benefits, paid time off, and
performance-based bonuses.


Successful candidates will be expected
to perform the following tasks:

Carefully listen and understand
customer issues
Probe and isolate issue causes
Utilize available resource to
identify appropriate solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction
through effective call resolution

These positions are full time, 40 hours
per week. Our hours of operation are
from 4:00 am 9:30 pm, seven days a
week. IBEX Global is seeking candidates
who are able to work any shift during
the program hours. Candidates must
successfully complete a three-week, paid
training course, prior to taking calls.

Job Requirements:
Applications will be reviewed to
determine that candidates meet the
following minimum qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or GED
Customer Service Experience at
least 6 months consecutive.
Technical experience
Solid work history

(A combination of on the job experience
and/or education may meet the
qualification for technical experience.)

In addition, IBEX Global is seeking
applicants with the following skills
and/or experience:

Practical experience with
computer and Internet use
Exceptional problem solving
The ability to provide patient,
prompt and courteous problem resolution
A strong desire to help
customers on a daily basis.
Familiarity with different types
of broadband and dialup services
Knowledge of network hardware:
cables, routers, and modems

The primary function of these positions
is to provide technical support to
incoming callers. This requires sitting
or standing at a computer station,
talking on the phone (using a headset),
and entering information on a computer.
Candidates must be able to perform the
primary functions of this position with
or without accommodation.

Specific duties include, but are not
limited to:

Providing prompt, reliable, and accurate
support to customers in a call center
environment. Agents must effectively
communicate with every customer by
adjusting their vocabulary to that of
the customer. Our agents are also
responsible for ensuring call resolution
in a timely manner, while maintaining
the highest level of quality support in
every customer interaction.
