Become a Bilingual Client Service Specialist with one of Canada's largest Insurance companies. They put their employees first and offer an excellent work environment. In this position, you will be responsible for:
Liaising with clients over the phone and in writing
Responding to client inquiries
Examining Group Benefits claims
Following established company procedures regarding the examination and approval of claims
Entering all relevant data into the company’s computer system
Ensuring that all entries and adjustment to client files are accurate
Learning about the insurance industry and getting the designations that will allow you to grow within the company
You will need:
Excellent communication skills in both English and French – both verbal and written
Post Secondary Education
Excellent computer skills and high proficiency with MS Office
Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
