ZAG is a rapidly growing international consumer products conglomerate
specializing in the innovative research, manufacturing and distribution of

lives. Our offerings include exotic spirits such as Absinthe, as well as
natural herbal products for relaxation, energy, anti-anxiety, pain relief
and depression.

We are currently looking for a talented, hard-working and motivated Talent
Acquisition Coordinator to join our current team in our Vancouver office.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful applicant will manage the
company’s recruitment process from posting to on boarding and provide
support for various Human Resources related initiatives and projects as
well as manage the day to day office administration and operational needs
of the company in a professional and efficient manner. The chosen applicant
will have at least 6 months-1 year of high volume recruitment; have worked
in a dynamic fast-paced environment which requires a flexible and creative
self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight
deadlines.

Responsibilities
This role consists of 80% HR and 20% Administrative duties.

The successful Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage a diverse set of
responsibilities including the following;
HR:
• Managing and overseeing multiple hire projects concurrently
• Administration of the recruiting process using Applicant Tracking System
(ATS)
• Preparation of job descriptions with the assistance of the hiring manager
• Attracting talent through a variety of means (postings, networking,
outside search firms, databases etc.)
• Short listing candidates for review by the hiring manager which will
include reviewing resumes, testing, interviewing (in person and by phone)
and conducting reference check.
• Preparing employee offer letters and Employment Agreement and all other
required documents
• Coordinating and managing the on-boarding of new employees
• Manage and maintain personnel files including benefits, new hires,
promotions, and performance reviews
• Ensuring employee relation matters are addressed promptly
• Finding unique and creative ways to keep our company a fun and exciting
place to work

Office Administration:
For this position we are seeking a combination of organizational skills and
attention to detail.
• Manage the day-to-day office activities including filing, mails, phones,
ordering office supplies, and any facilities issues
• Formulate procedures to maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date files
and ensure strict confidentiality of all company and reports.
• Being pro-active in recognizing problems and situations before they get
larger
• Policy and procedure writing and update for departments
• Organizing and facilitating events including quarterly planning, staff
parties etc.

Skills
• Possess excellent English communication and writing skills and must have
experience writing professional business and email correspondence.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent time
management skills
• Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member, self starter,
energetic
• Detail Oriented and exceptional analytical skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office suite software
• Ability to coordinate employee requirements with company goals
• Experience in Sourcing out new recruitment avenues
• Must be tactful, diplomatic and possess the ability to communicate and
build positive working relationships with individuals at all levels of the
organization.

Requirements
• 6 months to 1 year experience in busy high volume recruitment environment
in recruiting and/or applicant database sourcing experience
• Experience working in a fast paced environment is key to this role
• University Degree or two year diploma in Human Resources, Business or
related field.
