Job Description:
TITLE: Cloud Integration Developer
LOCATION: Alpharetta
POSTION SUMMARY:
Works closely with business and technology teams to ensure the integration of SaaS infrastructure across tools to enable Lead Management, Order Management, Payment, and Customer Support processes:
- Ownership of interfaces across the internal stack of infrastructure.
- Design and develop technical integration with various partners of NCR to automate ordering, on-boarding of new customers, invoicing, and reporting
- Plays a lead role in governance cloud platform-related integrations.
- Plays active role in solution research and evaluation of new tools/practices that can provide appropriate enhancements.
- Makes configuration changes based on evolving business needs, aimed at improving
- Facilitates change requests by discussing needs with end-users, identifying needed enhancements or changes, and coordinating with IT on implementation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Development, testing, documentation and implementation of code.
- Perform source data analysis including data profiling to determine feasibility of project and business requirements.
- Responsible for troubleshooting issues, developing fixes and implementing resolutions for bugs identified by end users (including overnight and weekend support).
- Development, testing, documentation and implementation of mappings and associated data workflows.
- Automate processes through scheduling and exception-handling routines.
- Performance tuning and monitoring of all processes, jobs and extractions as needed.
Job Requirements:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Needs 3 – 5 years of the following programming skills; C / C++, C#, COM/COM+, Windows development experience, Structure Query Language (SQL), or other Object Oriented programming techniques.
- 1+ years with Web 2.0 technologies (Javascript, SOA, AJAX, CSS, REST, SOAP, HTML).
- Experience with Salesforce DOT com, Zuora, or other cloud based APIs
- Experience with integrating cloud based applications with tools like Cast Iron, Boomi, Informatica Cloud, etc.
- Experience on SaaS / Cloud solutions (1+ years);
- Understanding of Business Intelligence reporting (preferred);
- Self-directed individual who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic. Customer-centric attitude toward both external and internal customers
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others in a variety of work settings by educating others on area of work, understanding the issues/concerns of other areas, exercise independent judgment in accordance with specified policies and guidelines
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies
