Job Description:
Mulyadi Inc. is seeking an experienced
Mechanical Engineer. The individual
should have detail-oriented skills and
be able to work in an extremely fast
paced environment to meet deadlines. The
successful candidate must have strong
communication skills, a user-service
orientation, familiarity with the team
decision-making process, and excellent
problem-solving abilities.
The position is located in San Diego,
California. Because of our expanding
export business, we need a candidate who
can appreciate the needs of our global
client base, and a team player who is a
self-starter ready to hit the ground
running from day one.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Designing and creating performance
products that lead in design,
innovation, function, and quality
2. Ownership of entire design process
from initial market research, product
mechanical CAD design, product aesthetic
design, to include material and
component selections, as well as
manufacturing methods, prototypes, and
mass production
3. Manage project schedule and resources
4. Conduct market research in a
competitive landscape to gain a thorough
understanding of current trends, colors,
fabrications, construction methods,
relevant technologies, and industry
trends
5. Communicate with international
manufacturer for the fabrication of the
design to ensure product prototype
fabricated as per design
6. Monitor manufacturing processes at
overseas factory to enforce company�s
quality and standard requirements
7. Direct and supervise staff

Job Requirements:
Required Education and Experience:
1. Master�s Degree in Mechanical
Engineering with 3 years of mechanical
design and manufacturing experience
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in CAD
software, AutoCAD, and Solidworks
preferred
3. Knowledge in Manufacturing
Engineering for Metals, Ergonomics,
Finite Element Analysis, and Metal
Welding
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and complete tasks within
product timelines
