Job Description: Responsible for the overall quality of care for all individuals in the program. Responsible to assist individuals to increase their independence and achieve their personal goals. Support, train, mentor and coach other Direct Support Professional staff.
Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. BA/BS Degree in Human Service preferred. Minimum 2 years experience with Quest or 3 years experience with similar provider.
