Manager – Enterprise Learning and Development
Ada, MI
We seek an experienced leader to develop the vision and conceptualization of our Global Virtual Corporate University, and to champion the initiatives of the Corporate University’s cross-functional teams. This individual will also take ownership of all corporate university programs, and leverage the company’s preferred learning portal technology along with attendant development courses. This person will be depended upon, as well, to spearhead the directives of our leadership program modules, and oversee the day-to-day operations of our physical learning spaces in Ada, Michigan and Buena Park, California. This accomplished individual will possess a minimum of 10 years
in a multi-national/global corporation within a range of leadership roles, preferably within the adult learning and development arena. Experience establishing and/or running a corporate university is preferred. A post-graduate degree in Organizational Psychology or education, and experience with LMS implementation or maintenance, as well as other Talent Management technologies, would be an outstanding advantage.
