The Support Service Rep reports to the
Customer Solutions Manager. The Support
Service Rep is responsible for
processing customers orders, processing
quotations, purchasing supplies and
answering phones. The Support Service
Rep is also responsible for providing
daily support to the Sales
Representatives, Customers and
Production. The SSR will liaise with,
Design, Processing and Production to
ensure a smooth transition with
launching of new customers and items.
The SSR is responsible for account
management. The SSR will be responsible
for preparing reports for management in
a timely manner.
We are in the corrugated packaging
industry and knowledge of this industry
would be an asset
Processing orders and releases
through the Imaginera System.
Support the Sales Staff with
accurate and timely response
Process quotations in the
required time lines.
facilitation of sales problems when
requested by the sales dept.
Account Management is able to
manage all account requirements and
work in tandem with the outside reps as
partners to manage account needs.
Coordinate and facilitate new
projects for the Sales Staff
Liaise with the Design
Department and the Processing
Departments to ensure accurate and
timely response to the Sales Staff.
Support Processing and
Production with new customers and items.
Liaise with the Inventory
Department is regards to slow moving
Assess, establish and monitor
Inventory for economic order quantity.
Maintain filing system
Maintains Dockets and
Maintain accurate data in the
Review and revise Coleman
Containers Procedures and Policys.
Provide accurate and timely
reports to the Sales Team and Management
Take an active role in
Adheres to all Quality System
policies, procedures and work
Communicates with Customers on a
regular basis to ensure a high degree of
A High School Diploma
Demonstrated knowledge of
Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be able to communicate
effectively using Microsoft Office and
other CCL software as required.
Must be well organized, must
manage time will and must have the
ability to multi-task.
Must be capable of adjusting
self to company goals.
Must have courteous and polite
communication skills (oral and written).
Must be able to work under

This position is located in Etobicoke
about 10 mins from brampton
we offer an excellent pay package in the
$37,000 to $45,000 per year range along
with a full benefit package.
