Job Description: The Support Service Rep reports to the Customer Solutions Manager. The Support Service Rep is responsible for processing customers orders, processing quotations, purchasing supplies and answering phones. The Support Service Rep is also responsible for providing daily support to the Sales Representatives, Customers and Production. The SSR will liaise with, Design, Processing and Production to ensure a smooth transition with launching of new customers and items. The SSR is responsible for account management. The SSR will be responsible for preparing reports for management in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:
General Processing orders and releases through the Imaginera System. Support the Sales Staff with accurate and timely response Process quotations in the required time lines. Active Coordination, facilitation of sales problems when requested by the sales dept. Account Management is able to manage all account requirements and work in tandem with the outside reps as partners to manage account needs. Coordinate and facilitate new projects for the Sales Staff Liaise with the Design Department and the Processing Departments to ensure accurate and timely response to the Sales Staff. Support Processing and Production with new customers and items. Liaise with the Inventory Department is regards to slow moving product. Assess, establish and monitor Inventory for economic order quantity. Answering Phones Maintain filing system Maintains Dockets and Statistical data. Maintain accurate data in the Imaginera System. Review and revise Coleman Containers Procedures and Policys. Provide accurate and timely reports to the Sales Team and Management when required. Take an active role in Continuous Improvement. Adheres to all Quality System policies, procedures and work instructions Communicates with Customers on a regular basis to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: A High School Diploma Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Must be able to communicate effectively using Microsoft Office and other CCL software as required. Must be well organized, must manage time will and must have the ability to multi-task. Must be capable of adjusting self to company goals. Must have courteous and polite communication skills (oral and written). Must be able to work under minimal supervision. Must adjust to flexible working hours. Willingness to be cross-trained I other departments.
Quality: Adhere to all Quality System policies, procedures and work instructions. Demonstrate proactive action on issues relating to; o Housekeeping (Keep the workflow in office efficient) o Safety (Understand and follow health and safety guidelines) o Causal Analysis and Resolution (CAR) in a timely manner o Cost and waste reduction o Continuous Improvement This position is located in Etobicoke about 10 mins from brampton
we offer an excellent pay package in the $37,000 to $45,000 per year range along with a full benefit package.
