Terminal Manager Job

This position will provide overall management and leadership for the safe and efficient operation of liquid and bulk/break bulk marine terminal in full compliance with all federal, stage, local and internal company requirement. Successful candidate must have a BS preferably from a Maritime school, proven leadership skills, experience in petroleum transportation, storage and distribution, bulk and bulk-break material handling service in a Maritime environment.

Responsibilities

• Total accountability of day-to-day terminal operations ranging from staffing, safety and environmental compliance, and effective handling for petroleum and third party cargos.
• Responsible for daily guidance and performance of terminal employees to including recruiting and hiring, employee training, safety and environmental compliance and organizational development.
• Responsible for wage administration, employee relations, expense budget control, P&L for operation.
• Total support for customer service programs and work cooperatively with inteal department and company leadership to ensure company objectives are met.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent experience
• 10+ years experience in facility management, operational engineering or related field
• Extensive experience in personnel management, project planning strategy development and execution
• Ability to successfully implement safety, excurity and environmental programs within a structure compliance program
