This position is a direct hire with a fun, growing Austin company.
Our client provides a suite of electronic discovery services, legal expertise, and leading-edge technology that enables fast and cost-effective processing of large volumes of data. They are searching for experienced and knowledgeable project managers that have expertise in the law, discovery, and legal services. You will have mangaged projects that cumulatively total at least $2M in annual revenue. You must have an uderstanding of e-Discovery business, and be proficient in at least one area of the EDRM model.
You will advise clients on best practices (Collection, ECA, Processing, Review, Production, etc), identify, address and document new internal processes, communicate information clearly with both technical and non-technical people, consult clients on document review database planning and setup, train clients, staff and partners on the use of hosted review tools, provide guidance, instruction and work direction to team members as needed, and generate work instructions for team members.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Advanced user of two or more of the following: MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong client management skills; comfortable interacting at all levels of an organization
- Proven track record successfully managing multiple reactive projects at one time
- Experience managing in excess of $2 million in project generated revenue
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Supports change within an organization
- Motivating and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree or 7 years equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Experience
- 3-7 years related work experience; E-Discovery industry preferred
