Lead Estimator, Electrical-Commercial, Industrial Construction
Fort Worth, TX
Salary: about $60K, doe. Full Benefits
Relocation: NO
Reports to: Chief Estimator
SUMMARY
Electrical Estimator with heavy experience in industrial work (Waste Water and/or Oil & Gas). Must be able to handle commercial projects.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor Degree preferred not required
-Combination of 6 to 8 years estimating or combination of related education and work experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Computer literate
-Electrical Estimating Experience required
-Related field experience will be considered a plus
-Good written and verbal skills essential
-Contract Negotiation Experience preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Turnkey Estimates for Industrial & Commercial Projects.
-Assist with the operational aspect of construction.
-Work with Purchasing, Field workforce, and customer to ensure timely completion of projects
-Knowledge of the technical aspects of Industrial & Commercial construction
