Job Description:
This is my direct-client opening for a contractor Remedy Developer located in Allentown, PA. This is a 3-6+ month contract position and the rate depends on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced BMC (7.5.x) Remedy Developer for BMC ITSM suite. This includes BMC Service Desk the incident and problem management solution and BMC Change Management the process and planning management solution. The successful candidate will be required to develop, document, code and implement workflows and change management application forms and dashboards from scratch. The candidate is required to have a strong knowledge to integrate the Remedy functionality with network monitoring software such as Netcool.
Prior experience with BMC Remedy ITSM suite of applications and APIs
Prior experience with technical requirements gathering
Prior integration experience and knowledge of Oracle databases
Prior integration experience and knowledge of Netcool NMS

Job Requirements:
