Job Description:
We are looking for a manager with strong people
skills, outgoing personality, multitasking
capabilities, strong leadership skills, fun and
energetic personality. The position is to manage
a staff of 35 part time employees as well as be
able to achieve goals that are clearly defined and
very achievable because of the location and
strength of our stores. manager must be able to
work most weekends. Our busiest time is the
weekend days. The position will require you to
run the operation with the owners help. The
owners want to focus on growing the business,
not the day to day operations. finance or
business background is helpful. Experience with
Quick Books also a plus. This is a very unique
opportunity to start out in upper management
and gain extremely valuable experience at a early
age. We have one position available so bring it or
you will not be considered. Owners are young
and very easy to work for if your good. Please do
not apply if you have any doubts as to your
ability to handle many situations at once. The
business is not complicated, but it does have a
lot of moving parts
Job Requirements:
Must be college educated. You must have your
own transportation. You must love kids and be
able to get down on there level. You must have
great people skills and a lot of patience. You
must be able to make key decisions regarding
customers who need your assistance. Weekends
are a must. You must bring it everyday because
the business can be very high energy. You must
be able to work well with others. YOU MUST BE
ABLE TO LEAD.
