Mining Estimator

The Business Development and Technical
Services groups are currently seeking
motivated individuals with demonstrated
experience and abilities in underground
mine engineering and construction
projects and specifically in the
following areas:

* Mine engineering feasibility studies
* Cost estimating and scheduling
* Project management and project
controls

Both Senior (Lead) Estimators and
individuals with the desire to learn how
to prepare cost estimates and accurate
achievable project schedules, as well as
develop the abilities required to manage
the construction of world class projects
will be interested in the opportunity
that is available.

Positions are available at all Canadian
offices, to support a growing order book
and list of clients. You will be
responsible for developing detailed
multi-disciplinary capital cost
estimates, including conceptual
estimates through to definite control
estimates, and schedules for both
engineering and tendered contracts for
underground mining projects.

Successful candidates will possess a
combination of mine operating or
contracting experience complemented by a
technical degree from a recognized
college or university program and should
have relevant industry experience.
