Job Description:
Currently seeking Property preservation contractors who are familiar with HUD guidelines and foreclosed properties. Some basic Services needed are trash outs, sales cleans, board-ups(when necessary), Grass cuts, snow removal (during winter months), lock changes and much more.
This is sub-contractor work and pay is received per job completed to be paid on the 25th of every month. If the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday, pay day automatically goes to the next business day. Please have your own equipment to complete services, digital camera, and email access from your phone.

Dewinterizations
Trash outs
Board ups/ Reglazing
Grass cuts
Snow removal
Tarping
Must have Liability insurance
Must have your own equipment including internet access from the field, digital camera, generators, trailers, mowers, blowers, air compressors and etc
Must have strong office staff to support completion of Property Condition Reports (PCR) and upload photos and documents in a timely manner.
Must have capabilities of 24-48 hour turn around on all work orders.
