Job Description:
Installer / Trainer Bilingual
As an Installer / Trainer, you will be responsible for implementing and servicing application software at client sites and conducting training to familiarize clients with their new software. You will successfully and independently complete installation of assigned product set and engage dealership personnel in implementation of products to ensure the client is able to perform daily tasks. You will participate with our sales force in pre-site meetings to assess client needs; conduct periodic status meetings to assure client satisfaction; and complete and submit field paperwork.
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Two years experience with automotive/truck/heavy equipment dealer applications software; the ability to train dealership personnel and service these applications.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Good Accounting background
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential
• PC Skills (Windows, Excel, Word and Reflections).
• Considerable travel is required (90%+).
• Does not have to live in London, Ontario (this is a remote position)
